Hello Mr. Ball,
The original developers chose not to make Fox Hollow a dog friendly community and that rule is still strictly enforced. Here is the exact language:
“Animals: DOGS ARE NOT ALLOWED ON THE PROPERTY. One cat and/or bird is allowed per unit, and must be kept inside at all times.“

why is nothing listed prices, dep’s,unit size…?

Fox Hollow consists entirely of privately owned condominiums, so each individual owner must provide the information that you are seeking in their ad when they sell or lease their units. Currently, we do not post advertisements at our site.
You may want to check Craigslist or use an internet search engine like “Google” or “Bing” and type-in our address “8600 Fathom Cir, 78750” along with the word “rent” or “lease” to see if such ads are posted. When you see a “for lease”, “for rent”, or “for sale” advertisement, the prices, unit size/layout and other specific details should all be listed.

Which elementary school do we have in area?

Elementary school children who live at Fox Hollow Condos are bussed to Kathy Caraway Elementary School.

Middle school children walk to Canyon Vista Middle School. There is no bus service that I am aware of.

All three schools are currently on their “Winter Break”. Classes will resume on Monday, January 7, 2013.

How do you get the keys for your mailbox? I went to the post office and they referred me to the condominium association. I’m super confused.
